HOME & COVE Reports & Reviews (1)

First off they deducted money from my account claiming it was an exotic fish store from Seattle. I didn't order any exotic fish, I ordered an ice maker and I live in Florida.

Then I kept getting emails that delivery failed, unable to get in community gate. I don't live in a gated community, second email said unable to deliver because truck broke down, third email said couldn't deliver due to road closures in my area for event. I am very rural and there was no event going on. Latest said it was delivered however it was not and then the address for tracking is not a valid URL.

Also this company tried to make multiple charges on my CC but Capital One caught it and flagged as fraud. Company I ordered from says they are HOME & COVE.
