Raquel responded to phone calls. Made argument that she would need cleaning products to clean home when we met. Asked for $45 via Zelle

Never showed up or responded to calls again. Informed Yonkers office of aging

This company quoted me $150 to clean my couch and then told me it would be $300 when they got to my house. If i refused the service I would have to pay $25 fee. They agreed to due the service for $250 if i paid in cash. They cleaned the couch and it looked exactly the same. They did nothing to actually clean it. I had to buy a cleaner and did it myself and was able to get all the stains out. When I tried contacting them told me they would not refund my money. After looking at their reviews, people are saying they has a similar experience. On their website it says they are ScamPulse.com certified. I am not sure if that is fake but they defiantly should not be certified
