The ad for their necklace popped up on my Facebook feed and it looked so pretty - so I decided to purchase it. I received confirmation stating it would be delivered in 5 to 9 business days, and that it was sent via the USPS.

I finally received it (later than 9 days) and I was very disappointed to find out they put the jewelry in a regular letter envelope with no protective covering. The free gift, which was a bracelet, arrived broken. In addition, the necklace itself is so cheaply made that I will not be wearing it. This company states that their money goes towards helping people in need, but now I believe the company is a scam. Also, if you pay for shipping and handling, that’s a big mistake because as I stated, it comes an envelope via the post office, so the cost is literally the cost of a regular postage stamp.

I was on facebook and it was a pop up ad, the necklace was beautiful and for $30.00 free shipping free gift. Look legit. However after I purchased I looked at the comments, usually i am good at looking at comments on facebook first then comments on the website. facebook comments were people not receiving their necklace after months of purchase the people that actually recieved the necklace it was cheap or broke tarnished bad. So minutes after purchasing the necklace I emailed the company received an email back a few hours later and "Holly" claimed my order was already sent! I call bs, I emailed her back asap and of course no one has responded since. On Monday i will be disputing this charge on my debit card.
