I ordered their supplement as a one time purchase. They double charged the order the first month and then, recharged the second month. I emailed to cancel the order and was told I had a reoccurring subscription that needed to be cancelled on their website. After a serious deep dive through their website, I was FINALLY able to cancel the "subscription" which was nearly impossible to find. Now, they are attempting to charge my credit card for shipping insurance on the cancelled order. This company uses HIGHLY predatory business practices. The product is worthless when considering the ridiculous stream of charges that follow.

I ordered the product, changed my mind, tried to return the unopened packages (they sent it back to me). I emailed to cancel and receive an email. They said OK, but they keep charging me and sending me the product, which I clearly no longer want.

Was an add for supplements on social media. I ordered 1 item which I never received and was charged for another then locked my card before the 3rd charge could go through

I made a one time purchase to try their product for 30 days. This cost me over $60. One month later I was charged $48.57. I have gone on their website to check my account or subscription and it shows there is no subscription. The next day from the credit card charge, I got an email that my next shipment is on its way. This is a very fraudulent and misleading business.

I placed an order with a company I thought was legitimate for some vitamins and used my credit card. They took the charge out but I haven't received the order. Then they charged me again. I went to try to cancel this and was warned it was a scam so I did not go into the website they were wanting me to go to. I called my credit card company and had them cancel my card.
