I have tried contacting them, they ignore me. They say I have a subscription but I do not, and they keep charging me every month. They ignore emails. I don't know what else to do.

This is a complete scam. They automatically signed me up for a subscription when I placed my order. I didn't realize it and then when my card got charged, which I didn't authorize, I asked for a refund and only received a partial refund for $15.

Horrible customer service company. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and it took 3 weeks for initial order to arrive.

I ordered a one time purchase of 39.95. They took out of checking account another $57 and $15 the same day! On 9/06 another $39.94 and on 9/13 $87 more!

I purchased their item, one time...no subscription. Two months later, they billed my account, & sent another package, without my Authorization. I want it STOPPED....my Doctor said it was hazardous to my health!

This product I ordered came in 3 small bags, the cost was supposed to be 29 dollars and then the website charged me 75.00 dollars the next day. I tried getting to cancel it but it was too late so I waited to receive the product. The print on the bag was so little, I was going to take it as a loss, until I noticed it wasn't approved by the FDA. No return address or package information was in the packaging. Please help. Thank you in advance.

I purchased an order of the product. They put me on auto refills without me checking anything. As soon as I was billed twice I went on the site logged in and wasn't on a subscription. I took a snap shot of it and emailed them back. No response for like a week. When they finally did respond they signed me up for refills. It's a huge scam they are stealing peoples money and need held accountable.
