I paid nearly $200.00, on 12/27/23, for clothes that I never received. ETA delivery was 1/3/24. Tracking number shows they never delivered to post office. I reached out to their email, its no longer a valid email. Messaged them on their Instagram @HoesMad.La, with screenshots of my purchase, order number, and tracking number. they said theyd look into it. That was days ago. They will not open my new messages asking for an update.
