I met Nathaniel Dewayne Obryant in 2021 through a guy name van Taylor he was supposed to be teaching me and setting up my wholesale company virtually and also running the business for me so me and my fiancé we have been saving since college both our credit scores was in the 740+ range we first started send him money from our banking account 15k then 5k the. Another 15k then he new a guy the wanted to buy one of my cars and he wanted me to pay another 5k to him on top of that second 15k I send for wholesale deals in Alabama so I just told the guy to send the 5k over to him because he want 20k for the Alabama deals he was like we are going to make atleast 250k or more just out of Alabama I’m like ok cool so the car dealer sent it over to him so all through that time every Friday mind you I’ve already sent him 40k in then I’m sending him every month some time two times a month $900 for a list for vacant homes on top of sending him $420 for two Va’s every Friday that he was lying about then he had me paying for a phone line and a website one was $199 and the other one was $99 a month so I’m literally at this point have already sent him 40k then with the phone , list, va’s that’s $1,198 a month sometime $2,098 a month I’m sending him and paying a month so he’s lying like he’s paying va’s he’s putting it in his pocket then he was suppose to have an online mentor ship he charged me 1k for it guess what the mentorship never happen then like 4 months later he tell me about e-commerce he like hey you pay me 10k I can make you a lot of money mind you I still haven’t made a dollar from him I send him 9k because I didn’t have 10k so after almost a year him and a guy name Gary that stays with him was suppose to be running the e-commerce they never started on it so I ask for my money he started getting mad so for a whole year I’m paying all these lump Sonesta of money to him and monthly so after that I started questing him like what’s up what’s going on because we all know if you wholesaling at a high level like he say he’s doing your closing 3+ deals a week 10k and up so I’m paying all this stuff for a year I’ve still haven’t made money he like you can stop paying all that stuff now it’s good so I stop paying the va’s the list and the phone thing which is odd so he come to me again hey you can do the JV deal with me I just need you to put up $2,500 and you’ll have 5k in 2 weeks I never received it literally I’m 80k+ in now so I start asking for my money he’s like we got deals coming in trust me I got you I’m like bro I’m about to file bankruptcy like you got all my money long story short he got my crib taken from up I was helping my mom she had to file bankruptcy my trucking business was closed down because of him my car got repossessed my credit score now is a 460 like I literally have nothing now he robbed us blind every time I would ask for my money he would say someone in his family either died or got sick literally we lost everything behind him and before then our bills was like $2,300 when he got done with us with loans and credit cards ours bills was up to like 8k a month now we have late fees and bad credit and no work because we couldn’t keep our trucking company over we had a new born we kept running out of milk he didn’t car it’s a lot it’s way more to the story but stay away because he’s a scammer and we will be filing charges we even had to over draft our bank accounts to eat

I trusted Nathaniel (Nathaniel "Nate" Dewayne) due to another trusted business persons representation of him. I established an agreement for a "1-on-1 mentorship" with Nathaniel (Nathaniel "Nate" Dewayne) Obryant (@thedonofclosing on Instagram), under the impression that this mentorship would offer secure deals under his guidance. Mr. Obryant suggested that a 1-on-1 would expedite the deal-making process and ensure a visible return on my thousand-dollar investment. Beyond my initial investment, an additional requirement of $4,500 was supposed to offer "guaranteed deals" through a direct partnership with him. Our collaboration did not meet these promised expectations in any area. Nearly a year has passed since our initial engagement, and I have endured a series of elusive maneuvers from Mr. Nathaniel (Nathaniel "Nate" Dewayne) Obryant. I reached out to Mr. Obryant enquiring about the recovery of my investments totaling more than $7,000. His non-responsive stance on these repeated inquiries prompted me to delve deeper, which ultimately lead me to discover several online fraud allegations against him dating as far back to 2015 and multiple lawsuits filed by other businesses.

I sent the owner Nate the money to purchase a property and he stole my money and is dodging me and hasn’t returned my money or sent me any kind of information after the money was sent. Only thing I’ve gotten from him are excuses and it’s now a year later since paying him.

They tell you they want to purchase your home.. they call (and text) from multiple different numbers but this one in particular has called me 9 times. told them I'm not the guy they are asking for and that I don't own a home. Asked for the name of the business and they gave me a business in CO. Looked that one up and it was a sole proprietor who said she has no affiliation with them and they are scamming..
