Bought shoes through Ad on Facebook stating wide toe box and 30 day return window. Shoes arrived and were smaller than size ordered, had a very narrow toe box and were very cheaply made. contacted company via email with no reply and via phone number - but the phone number was disconnected. The website has an address in Deleware, but the product ships from and must be returned at the buyers expense to CHINA. False advertising as an American company and no way to reach customer service by phone. Well documented scam from this company by countless others. I read reviews on Facebook and thought the shoes sounded like high quality and comfortable shoes, however the company deletes all negative comments on their shoes and if I had done more due diligence would have found that countless other people have been scammed by this same company.

I received the shoes. But I was guaranteed a full refund if not satisfied within 30 days. The office number is non-functional. Even though I contacted them via email and phone immediately after receiving my shoes (because they didn’t fit), I still have not heard anything via email for two weeks.
