The first time I order from this company over a year and a half ago, I got my order. It took about a month but I got it. This time I ordered a few things (makeup) back at the beginning of Oct 2023. I got no response or tracking info by the end of Nov 2023. So I saw on IG that something had happened to the company and that they were rebuilding the website and had a new email. So I wrote to the new email in the beginning of Dec asking about my order and got a response within a couple of days letting me know that they are sifting through orders that were not fulfilled and when they pack mine I will get a few gift for my patience. I waited until about 2 weeks ago, so mid Jan 2024 asking for an update. To this day, end of Jan I have still yet to get a response. Yet they are still advertising fulfilling new orders on their social media

I purchased multiple items from this company in February 2023. I kept checking in on my order since I hadn’t heard anything for a few months. After emailing multiple times and being told “we are doing the best we can to fulfill your order” I finally received a shipping notification in June 2023. However, the tracking link did not have any tracking information. The only thing listed in the tracking link was “the royal mail is experiencing delays”. This company was reliable based on social media and their website. In Nov 2023, the ceo of the company put out a statement that she didn’t have any control over her company, it had been taken from her and she was working to take back control. She provided a new email and “revamped” her website. I reached out on the new email, social media multiple times and have been ignored. I did a deep dive and countless numbers of individuals have had the same experience. This company is scamming masses. There are some people that have actually received orders. Influencers have been sent PR packages to give the appearance they are a reliable company, but for at least half of the people who order, their money is taken and the company gives so many hopeful excuses for so long that customers are unable to dispute charges due to how long they string customers along.

The company ran an online contest on their instagram page, which I won. When I messaged them to collect the prize at last, they responded “hi no thank you” and blocked me. They have been running these fake contests for a while now, while quickly deleting comments left by people who try to expose them on instagram.

This company posted ads on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/Hiddencosmetics). I put in an order back in December of 2022

for ~$52 USD (£42.58 GBP). On Instagram, I saw them post multiple messages about Royal Mail being on strike and how shipping was

a mess, so I tried to be VERY patient and cut them some slack. In April 2023, I received an Email from them saying my order was

shipped. If I click on the tracking link, it shows what I ordered, the order amount, and the note "Due to Royal Mail (Cyber Attack)

there’s delays with international orders. For more information please visit our Instagram for daily updates @hiddencosmetics all post

will be pinned." I followed up with an Email in June 2023 stating I still had not received anything, and they responded and said that

my order is in process and I would receive a shipping confirmation. Well, I never got one. I've Emailed them 3x to follow up, and now

don't even receive a response. I tried to DM them on Instagram, but they don't accept new message requests. I posted a comment on

their latest Instagram post, and that instantly got reported so I was locked out from posting comments on Instagram for 24 hours. The

company themselves have the audacity to post on their Instagram stories that they do not appreciate "fake" reviews and messages

alleging that people have not received products! I have seen many similar stories from people - originally in the comments on the

company's instagram posts, but now on other sites like trustpilot.com (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.hiddencosmetics.co).

The company clearly reports/deletes any negative comments on Instagram written in English (I have seen them leave up a negative

comment written in Spanish, though.) I left my own review there as I don't have any other recourse. Though it has been far past the 180 days to open a dispute with PayPal, I tried anyway and reported the company to them. I have also reported this company to the FTC. There are many posts and videos on social media with hundreds of people reporting the same issues with this company as far back as 2019! I wish I would have known this sooner. I am hoping some organization will finally put a stop to these scammers!

I ordered from hidden cosmetics in December of 2022. I purchased lots of products. I good faith I even left a tip. Unfortunately as time went by I received no products and communication ceased I realized I was scammed. I was never refunded. They always took more and information from me but never gave anything. No products, no refund. I’ve been reaching out to them this entire time. From December until now. I have proof them emailed me and said they didn’t send the product. This was after lying for months. Only this was just a trick to get more personal information from me. Please do not buy from them. They are strategic with the fraud. They have sent products to a few people who influence others to buy. You will not receive the product. I’ve been trying for so long. All they keep doing is saying they will ship the product to you to keep you from posting about their fraud. Please do not give them your info. Don’t be misled by the followers. They have been scamming people since 2015. I was told by other they were blocked by hiddencosmetics for just trying to get their money back. They also have other scams going please do not buy. Spread the word.

Ran a sale for cosmetics, ordered Nov 19, 2022. Order wasn’t shipped. Company blamed the Royal Mail, said would be reshipped in April. Never got tracking despite paying extra for a tracking number.

They sell makeup, mostly eyeshadow and eye glitter and they post on Instagram constantly about their products. This was my order that I never received. They also stopped responding to my emails, direct messages on Instagram and deleted my comments off their social media posts. They also deleted other people’s comments off their social media who speak out about being scammed.
