I emailed the company multiple times keep getting same response. I ordered my product a month ago 1-5-24 and it’s Feb 17th now still no order or response they don’t refund you? They are sending emails that they do same day shipping but can’t honor my order? The website says it takes 20’days for you to get your products shipped it’s been longer than 20 days it’s a rip off!

Found this company Hemokare on Instagram about a month ago. They’re a company that supposedly make weight gain products for your butt. They sell alternative BBL supplements. Seemed legit with all the reviews and testimonies so I placed an order on 11/10/2023. According to their shipping policies, orders can take up to 10 business days to be processed and shipped. 2 weeks went by and I contacted them on 11/24/2023 through the website chat and was told my order would be shipped the following week. The order did not ship so I waited until after the Black Friday sales to check on the status of my order. I contacted the again on 12/10/2023 through the website chat and received the same response it would be shipped out the following week. It’ll be 2 months on 01/102023 and my order has yet to be shipped. And what do you know they don’t give refunds either! I did some research and turns out their Instagram name has been changed 3 times and the account was just created back in February 2023. Also it doesn’t state where they’re located in the US so there is no physical address. I have yet to receive my product and have lost $108 that I cannot get back plus they’re giving me the run around. Definitely a scam!
