I NOTICED 2 OR 3 CHARGES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH ON THIS DEBIT CARD.
I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED THIS "HACKER" FOR ANY "SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES FOR A SAID, "HELPCHAT.BIZ" SERVICE.
I'M GOING TO GET ANOTHER CARD CARD AND VOID THIS ONE OUT.
BUT WANTED TO LET SOMEONE KNOW I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE CHARGE, THEY PICKED UP AND STARTED FISHING FOR MORE PERSONAL INFORMATIONS FROM ME ON PHONE.
SO I HUNG UP AND WROTE THE NUMBER DOWN. THEN SOMEONE TRIED TO CALL ME BACK RIGHT AFTER I HUNG UP.
NUMBER I CALLED = 833-738-2595
NUMBER THAT CALLED ME BACK = 855-502-6678
PLEASE CATCH THESE "RAT HACKERS" I LIVE ON LOW INCOME AND DON'T NEED THIS HAPPENING TO MY POOR SELF.

Precisely the same thing happened to me. Noticed the small $9.95 charge on my last three statements. Called the 833 number as you did. Received a cancellation number. Called by CC company, Citibank VISA, who said they cannot block a single company; they could either issue a new VISA Card or, if a charge appears on the next statement, handle it through the dispute process. I think I'll go with the latter to see if they try to charge me again. The charge appeared as V971Subscription on my CC statements.
