HeatShort is a streaming site of short dramas. I paid the VIP subscription to open all the unlocked episodes of dramas that are there to watch. Paid the subscription price of 24.99 on 1/10/25 through Apples App Store, I should’ve read reviews before purchase. Some of the reviews are unfavorable, I only paid for week subscription some have paid for a yearly with same issue. I have sent emails and no communication. At this moment I can go to streaming site and watch all the teaser episodes of dramas but cannot go may farther because episodes are locked. I don’t know if you can help I’ve tried my Apple support and the denied my request for refund. It’s a shame that I paid for something that’s of no use if I can’t finish the dramas. Thank you.
