I have exactly the same experience. I was told that I would get my money back but all I receive are occasional emails with excuses. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The scammers used two websites, plus have a Facebook page (found after the scam), and communicated through email. The sites are - https://swimtek.ca/; https://www.heaterreader.com/; https://www.facebook.com/heaterreader. The owners are Don Freer and Tanya Leshuk. They communicate through email as long as you are a prospective customer, then once paid, you never hear from them again. This fraud needs to be investigated and shut down.
