I purchased a neck brace to help with sleep apnea. The product is no where near what was expected . Although the 100% customer guarantee they make it impossible to get your money back. They won’t return except for 30% of the purchase price. Returning the product is almost $300.00 . As a senior handicap woman I cannot afford to send to product back. This is a scam the neck brace you can get at any store for $9.99.

I purchased a "cervicorrect" neck collar from Healthy Lab Co based upon the information on their youtube add stating how this collar would aid with my sleep/snoring problems. Unfortunately the collar did not help. I communicated with them several times explaining why the collar was unhelpful and requested return refund. They stated I should continue use for 21 days and then make a return request after that time. 21 days have come and gone and all my efforts with return requests have been ignored. Sad wast of my time and money.
I didn't realize they were based out of China until after I made the purchase. That knowledge alone would have stopped my purchase.

After asking 6 different times for refund information and them asking for video and photo of me using product (I did not send) - they finally sent an address to return the idem - and address in China.

Purchased a product from healthylab.com on Facebook product was received 15 days later did not fit tried to return using their 60 day returning policy. I was informed that they could only give me 30% of my money back or I could send it directly to China. Apparently this company is out of Chicago Illinois, I would have to pay the return cost of shipping to China

Refund policy is rubbish

Beware, ‘healthy lab Co ‘ is a scam site. They have made their name very similar to “HEALTH LAB CO” so that when you search the company for pre purchase reviews, Google offers up Health lab Co reviews first. The other Co has 5 stars . We purchased the lower leg brace and it looked nothing like their advertised item. It was a flimsy piece of cloth with a bit of Velcro on it and has a small round disk sewn into the fabric. It’s a rip off! Buyer beware.

I saw this ad on Facebook for a back brace for sciatica. I order it. No where on the company website did it say that the product was being shipped from China. Had I known i would not have ordered the product After 3 weeks i received it. The product looked like it had been used. But tried it anyway. The brace doesn't work and the way it is is cut it wouldn't work for anyone. I contacted them about a refund. The website said 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund. They said I could returnit and gave me an address in China. Shipping back to China with insurance would cost $300. The other option was that they offered a 30% refund uf I keep the product. So this is the scam. They k ow yph cant send it back so people either give up or take the partial redund. THIS COMPANY IS SCAN AND SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM DOUNG BUSINESS IN THE USA. Any legitimate business wuld have a US postal drop for returns. Wig companies do it all the time. I am filing a paypal dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

My 82 year old wife ordered and received a hip brace which Healthy Lab Co offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Or Your Money Back. My wife was totally dissatisfied with this product and kept writing a number of letters asking for the refund that they so blatantly promised. She finally was given an address to return their product to this exact address:

I proceeded to ship back their product at the ups since she said this return will give us our full refund. All the workers there said the shipping fee for this very small light-weight package would be around $300 or more and to check back with Healthy Lab Co to find a better way, which we did and they only gave us the option of receiving half of

our refund if we kept their product.

Both my wife and I feel that we have been deceived by fraudulent misleading advertising by Healthy Lab Co who is purposely trying to discourage us by giving us this only destination to return their product.
