I logged to covered California trying to buy health insurance on my own. I was left a voice message from this number 1-(888)-431-4549. When you call it says that it is a health insurance quotes and the call will be recorded, etc. Sounds very legit, except it is not. They pressure you to buy now. Give them the card number to pay quote. Once you do that the transaction in bank shows a different Florida number. When I called it said, 'thank you for calling your internet services'. I talked to a Gaven who said his direct line is (754) 219-8997. He also provided the following costumer service number (888) 279-8607. Problem is that when you call there is no answer. I called back the number that had left voice mail. I got the same speech, let me connect you to a broker, etc. I told him I needed the policy cancelled asap. He tried to say, 'let me give you the number for that'. I told him for what? So I can call and no one answers? I am reporting you to the police and bbb. He hung up. I am out $342.69. My bank will not help at all. Now I have to go get cash so I can get a new card to make sure they don't charge again. It is a nightmare.
