I was contacted in a text by The Health Enrollment Agency about providing health insurance. I needed new health insurance so I signed up. What I found out after the fact was it was not actual health insurance but a Health Share PPO and none of my providers, which they show as in network, would accept this. Multiple people told me directly that it was actual health insurance, the messages you listen to when you are on hold say health insurance and even after I became aware of this they still said it was health insurance. A complete scam and literally 4 different people hung the phone up on me when I called customer service to discuss and started questioning them on whether this was actual health insurance or a health share. Now they say they do have health insurance policies I can sign up for but I did not pick one of those. A complete misrepresentation of facts and what they are actually selling.

This company contacted me about an insurance plan. After an hour of a long convincing conversation they told me it was a legitimate company that this insurance would be in effect at midnight the same night. They took my money immediately out of my bank and then all interactions with the woman who gave me her direct number were non existent. I called several times only to be hung up on after demanding my money back. The email sent stated that within 30 days you could get all moneys back. It had only been four days.
