We started this contract with a staffing company called Healsway staffing. The man will call all times throughout the night. He found a facility that was in desperate need of STNAs, nursing & healthcare workers. I myself recruited all my friends I knew that was licensed in healthcare to work at this nursing home with me. We went to orientation but I kept telling the facility like this is a potential scam. Everybody was telling me to give the man a try at the facility but everything was going well until it was time for payment, like pay dates. When the pay period ends he didn't know anything. So when it was time to get paid we kept questioning & kept questioning like okay weeks going by, it's week 2 still no pay. They switched the pay to biweekly to weekly so they promised us we will get paid 10/19 by 12pm still no pay.
