I ordered two rings and a charger from this company on 02/22. order number 47082. When emailed, the emails come back as undeliverable. they delete my comments under their social media. The tracking on their website says they cant find my order. After researching more, there are countless others that have been through the same experience, never received any product (in some cases received underwear instead) and never received a refund.

I placed an online order with www.haloring.us on 2.24.2026. I received an email stating my order was being prepared to ship with a China tracking number on 2.25.2026 and then another email stating that their our official website, www.tryhaloring.com, is now fully updated and back live.

There is no customer service number to call, only an email, which I have done now 5 times requesting a refund and to cancel the order, with only getting another random email stating it's in process with a tracking number that hasn't changed since 2.24.2026.

Halo ring US is a scam! Paid for ring and never received it. Tried to reach out via phone and email in both are bogus. Do not buy from here! Trying to get my money refunded through the payment method I used.

Bought a ring for myself and my girlfriend with a charging case. Have followed up with their fake contact page and email address multiple times with no response.
