I ordered directly from their website. I even received a fake tracking number. Then days later was told their website was down and they would let me know when it was back up and running. They sent another email offering a full refund or to ship out a second order with new rings since my others were lost in shipping. I said to ship new rings. Then nothing came. I finally asked for a refund and sent 6 different emails with NO response They sent another fake email saying they shipped the product but nothing came. Now they wont reply to any emails.
