I ordered a product, then immediately asked for a refund because the tax shipping cost 3 times more then the item. I did not know this beforehand. They agreed twice through email to send me a refund of $25 which I did not receive. 4 days later they charged me for a VIP subscription I did not ask for, this cost $35. After several, several emails back and forth they did not agree to refund me this money at all even though I know I did not ask for a VIP subscription on an item I have never even tried! These items ultimately posted in my bank account as debits and I had to cancel my debit card for security reasons of course
