Scammer used website and I received an email with a purchase ticket. The scammer than contacted my phone number asking for proof of purchase and gave me than Zell I.D and said they would send me tracking information shortly after.

I ordered an item online, never received the item. I can’t get anyone in the phone, or can I get anyone respond to my emails, or chats. They have a cashapp account linked to the website. Here’s the screenshot
