Applied for a job posted to Linkin.com with Guided Therapy Systems. Later that same day I was emailed by someone stating they work for the company and if I would like more information on the position, as I am actively looking to leave my current job I agreed and was sent a job description, I stated I was interested in pursuing employment. They sent me these instructions in which I followed and agreed to take the job. I have never spoken to them in person though telephone or virtual meetings our only communications have been through email. I was sent an employee assessment "test" that I have been sent in the past with other legitimate employers. I can not remember if I provided my SSN at any point with this scammer. As stated above I am actively looking to change my employment so I may have provided it.
