I don't recall signing up for anything with Guide to Be Healthy. I have never received any products or services from Guide to Be Healthy. $14.95 is being deducted out of my checking account monthly and I haven't received anything from this company. There is no known phone # or email address to inquire or request that the payments stop.

Credit card was repeatedly charged monthly by a company I've never heard of (Guide to be Healthy) and I never placed an order with them nor did I receive any product. Just $14.99 taken from my account May 25th and repeated June 24th.
