We reached out to a company seeking assistance with cleaning our chimney on our property. The company sent a technician to the property who arrived very late, looked around for 5 minutes and said his "assessment" cost $111.87. He never used a ladder or got remotely close to our chimney. He said that amount would be a deposit on the work that he would later complete. He was very difficult to get a hold of, and never booked a follow up. Trying to contact the office and they hang up on me everytime that I try to book an appointment now. This company is a total scam. Their google reviews are turned off. They are just trying to scam people.
