DO NOT BUY! Sizing is off (my daughter is size 4, the LARGE bib barely fit) and they would not return items. Offered $25 for me to keep the 2 ski pants I spent $300 on that I cannot use. Told me I had to pay $$ to ship to China. Also got “expedited” shipping promised in 3-6 days and package arrived after Christmas 11 days later. Very frustrated with terrible customer service and poorly made product. No response to multiple emails asking for some resolution.

I ordered a ski suit from this company for $386USD or $600AUD. They sent the suit but it was way too small even though I was guided by their size guidelines. They promote 'easy returns' and say they will refund for change of mind. I emailed to say I wanted to return the suit and they kept encouraging me to keep it and told me that I would need to send it back to China at great expense and that I could buy more things at a discount. I did not want to keep it or buy anything else and eventually they sent me a return address in the US. I sent the suit back and have heard nothing further and have not received my refund. They are not answering my emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GSOU SNOW COMPANY! It's litterally a scam. I ordered a 350$ ski suit and emailed them a few hours after to cancel it before it was shipped. They chose not to respond and to ship my order even after I sent 8 emails to cancel. Once I received the package, I have continued to cancel and they responded saying "Are you sure you want to return it? What we want to tell you is that if you want to return or exchange the product, you must pay the shipping fee to return the product to the original warehouse. Since the warehouse where you send the order is far away from you, it will take a long time and shipping cost". I confirmed I wanted to cancel and they will not respond to me. A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

I ordered, paid and quickly received a women's' snow jacket. I love the jacket but its too big. I have send about 10 emails requesting a return to which I have never gotten a response. I have sent a message on their facebook account. No response either but they have computer generated messages that pop up on the Messenger. Super frustrated to have paid $150 for a jacket that I can't wear or return. SCAM COMPANY. Their website says you can use their on line chat to which there is no chat. They say you can return with email permission but they don't respond to email. The jacket came in a package with NO return address nor any order slip. Very unhappy.

I have made my order 4 days ago using PayPal along with express 3-6 day shipping. I have yet to hear anything regarding my order tracking information as well as anything from the customer service, after emailing them multiple times. Im starting to get very worried about my order now that I'm reading other Gsou snow customer horror stories. Im crossing my fingers that my order is sent and shows up in a reasonable timeframe because as of now I know for a fact it will not be showing up in the 3-6 day expedited shipping window. More waisted money and more headache.

Pray for me people.

If my experience with this company continues to decline I will make sure to fill in the detalis.

I’m going through a similar situation. Need to return a ski jacket. Even though they reply, they said it will be cheaper for me to keep the jacket than send it back because they are in China. Their website doesn’t say they are in China, nor provide any contact information except for the email. This company is shady. See the emails below.

GSOU Snow has plastered many advertisements all over Facebook. They claim they'll send your purchase in 6-10 days. I order Jan 22. Have emailed multiple times with 0 response. Spend 160.00 for nothing. I'm certainly not the first. They delete customer complaint comments from their Facebook page. I want the ScamPulse.com to BURY this company.

This business appears to be located in China. There is no address or phone number and the only way to connect with them is via their customer service email. I ordered a snowboard jacket and pants. It took over three weeks to arrive. When I asked for status updates, I was given USPS tracking numbers even though the shipment was being sent via UPS! I asked them why and they said “please believe us.” The English wasn’t natural either. Ultimately it arrived but I need to return it and now they refuse to respond to any emails. According to the website they do accept returns. I’ve attempted to write them to their Facebook page, their Instagram account (which doesn’t accept direct messages) and on YouTube but they don’t allow people to message them on YouTube or comment on their videos. There are other customers complaining in the public comments on Instagram posts that their packages aren’t arriving either.
