My father bought a product to help him sleep, and after the product left odd side effects (extreme drowsiness even after sleeping, haziness), he tried to contact them to cancel his subscription. We have now reached out via email, letter, and social media at least 5 times, but have not heard a response. They have no phone number to contact, and continue to charge my dad’s debit card every month, to the point where he has to cancel the card to make it stop. They’ve charged over $300 and continue to ignore any of our communication attempts.
