I was charged twice for a bike from the grill&chill website (grillandchillhq.com). The name Pham Ngoc Han appears on PayPal and it is listed under (BAG) purchase details. I tried calling and the phone number is not in service, and the address listed on the website is for a gas station in PA. I tried to email them at [email protected] for a refund for both charges of $184.99 (total $184.00 lost) and they have tried to charge me once which I was able to block through my bank, but are refusing to cancel the other charge. PayPal can't do anything about it.
