Sirs, on Aug. 13, 2024 I had made a purchase on a ad concerning Dillards Close- out clearance sale because of the closing of some DILLARD stores to which I made a total purchase of $51. and some cents.I was sent a receipt for this purchase order #US-8073 to include the the inventory which included mens clothing along with some bath towels. I called the number given and all I kept getting was a recorded message mentioning that no one was there to answer and to try at a later time. I sent a message with SAME email I am forwarding today Aug. 18, 2024 and as of now still haven't sent an answer. I wish to know what has happened with the possibility of being. I wish to thank you in advance.

I made 2 septate orders a couple days apart totalling $75. I went to go check to see what was going on with my order and I got shop closed sign.

Placed order on line for clothes from Dillards on 8/1/24. even tho I was given an order # (1258). I have not heard from them and this is the only means of communication listed on the web page. The money was removed from my bank account on 8/5 and transferred to mack.c London/GB in the amount o $26.21. An additional .52 (cents) was transferred 8/6 to the same account.

I ordered merchandise 2 weeks ago worth 69.00 and after a couple a days I checked my my credit card and it was charged but no email with a confirmation number I emailed them and asked for a confirmation number and they sent me one and I went to tracking and it said no information and check in a few days I checked again after a week and it said no such email.
