They have workshops and people who claim to be real investors at their workshops. They conned me saying if I paid $30k I would
receive 2 properties free and clear after paying $10k to become a mentee. I paid $40k in 2021 After becoming a mentee shortly after
they canceled the mentee program. I asked will I be refunded or given my properties owed and they said yes but would not give contract
saying that the title company shut down. That was in April 2023. It has been 2 years and I have not received any payment or house. They
are still advertising their business on instagram and "selling houses" scamming more people out of thousands of dollars. Greg business is
"bigbizzneesss" on instagram. and Nikki Parker is "Diamante financing". Something must be done!
