The pictures on website make product look larger and made on a grapevine wreath. The product sent was very small. Made on a cheap plastic frame and arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they only offered a partial refund. Their website says 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. They wanted me to pay shipping cost to China to send product back to them. Estimated cost of $20 shipping.
