I purchased a car wash coupon from Groupon for Greenwich Auto Spa in September 2025. They then charged me from Oct 2025 until June 2026 for a monthly car wash that I never signed up for. I have been working with my credit card company to get credit back for all these charges. I have tried to call the business to fix the issue and they do not respond to my messages. In disputing the charges with my credit card company, the business has been non-responsive and can't even tell me what my make and model is for my car. Business is a scam and should be avoided.
