If I could give a negative review score I would! This company should be ashamed to have a business that is so terrible. I was contacted to purchase my land and I was skeptical. I asked all the questions regarding if this is a legit place. I was told this is real Al’s the only way they would back out is if the property is in buildable. There was no access to the property and it was disclosed to this worthless company.

2 days before we were scheduled to close they call me and say there is no access. They lied to means say they called the neighbors to ask for access. (Lie. I’m friends with the neighbor who said no one called them). Then I got an email Docusign canceling the contract for no reason.

This company is preying on people and had absolutely no reason to terminate my contract except it wasn't an easy flip for them.

Please pull their llc. Also peaked contact me for more information about this corruption of a business.
