Advertised as a 24 hour medical cannabis dispensary. They operate through text messaging. They took the money through Moonpay for the product and then informed me that I had to complete and pay a refundable fee for a certificate of insurance. After this was paid the party on the other end of the text did not respond. I asked for refund and there was no response.

Advertises 24 hour cannabis delivery near you. Website allows you to order but then there's a phone number to text for support. I contacted for details regarding delivery and someone responded saying they got my info but I need to pay an additional $399 for a certificate of insurance in order to complete the delivery. they say the $399 is refundable but there is no mention on the website of $399 COI being required to complete purchase. the only forms of payment accepted are paypal, cashapp, chime, and apple pay. i paid with cashapp and the money was sent as a bitcoin transaction.

Paid $100 om cashapp, they asked for address and copy of driver license that was provided. They then sent another link to fill out costing $399, when asked for a refund they did not respond and sent my calls to VM.

I placed a $100 cannabis delivery order through https://greencannabisdispensary.com/ and paid the seller using Cash App. The order was supposed to be delivered in Missoula, Montana, but nothing was delivered.

After receiving the payment, the seller claimed that my name could not be found in a verification system. They said a “Declared Value Fee” was required under new state dispensary regulations before the delivery could proceed. They directed me to https://stateverifymc.com/certificate-of-insurance/ to pay an additional supposedly refundable insurance fee.

I did not pay the additional fee. The insurance demand, pressure to pay immediately, and claim that the fee was required by state regulations appear to be fraudulent. The original $100 has not been refunded, and no merchandise was received.
