Received an email about job candidacy after applying on LinkedIn. Went through a fairly standard interview questionnaire (uploaded below), which asked a handful of legit and relevant questions. The only personal information they asked for was my name and phone number, which I had already supplied with the application. Received an offer email a few days later, but something seemed off. After doing some research on the company, I found a handful of LLCs with similar names but no exact matches. Looking into it more, I saw others who were approached in a similar fashion by someone with the email [email protected], who later tried to get financial information.

I applied through LinkedIn and was sent an assessment to complete. Once I completed that and sent it in, after 3 days they sent me an informal offer letter. Once I received that they sent a formal offer letter, which I signed. They then sent me an email saying they had a check for $4,900 for equipment purchase and to deposit into my account. I did so and then the check was being processed by my bank. While my bank was processing it, the company said the vendor will accept a deposit on the equipment. I sent $120. After that, I spent the weekend on the phone trying to resolve the banking issue and then emailed them come Monday. I still have not heard back from them. While waiting, I stumbled upon this ScamPulse.com review for the company.
