I received a note saying to call Miss Burke to receive a welcome gift. The man went on to talk about a water inspection and bottled water and then we would receive a $25 gift card to the restaurant of our choice. He went on to ask if I was living in the residency as well. I found this link online with other people claiming it's a scam: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-216-514-4659/5
