This company targets people on social media - fits the algorithm of health and fitness. They send messages and lure people in. The sales pitch is that you lose 20 pounds in six weeks with their regiment which is out dated, not accurate and not feasible (the workouts require equipment that an average person would not have at home). Once I realized the program was not conducive to my circumstance I tried to get a refund - within the first day before even starting the program. They refused to provide refund, ask for doctors note. Kept coming up with excuses. Once I researched online I found multiple complaints, same in nature. They are running a scam and should be stopped.
