Online ordering sites high quality clothing from a Toronto-based store. I requested a cancellation via customer service email within 48 hours of making the purchase, and they said it wasn't possible to cancel. They suggested I receive the goods and judge the quality then. The quality was seriously substandard. I requested a return for a full refund. They sent the items from a Mississauga, ON address to Barrie, ON. They requested I send the items back to China at my cost, and I would not receive a refund until the items were received.
