GRAND CHILL is the alias and is located in china and PayPal was assisting me in returning the product but it came from a local U.S address but they are trying to make me send it to china which cost over 200 to ship. The item was not as described on the website and before I received the merchandise I tried to cancel and they forced the shipment on me. PayPal is not doing their job in resolving this matter and I will not be using them anymore if they do not resolve this activity.
