Medicare charged for catheter equipment I never used

This company charged Medicare $7200.00 for catheter equipment during May - August 2025. I do not use any such equipment or anything like it. Medicare processed the claim and paid out over $1700. I have a secondary insurance and the may have been passed on to them. I was never contacted or ever heard of this GPAAK company. Why haven't the Texas authorities shut them down?

Medicare billed for equipment not prescribed or received

GPAAK Equipment billed Medicare for durable medical products that were not prescribed for me, I do not need and never received. I did report this to Medicare as fraud several times. The billing to my medicare account was in 2025.

Scammer used my medicare info to fraudulently bill medicare for 10,800.00. thankfully medicare rejected the claim, but they have my info.
