Student loan forgiveness. They ask person to "verify" their information. When person says they will not give that information, they say they are not obtaining they are just verifying which is legal, then ask again a few more times. When you tell them they are doing something illegal they tell you to shut up and hang up.

My Student loans have been forgiven for years, they are still using information from years ago in ed.gov and financial aid websites to get personal information.

One of my cousins contacted me on Facebook and I didn't think anything of it. She asked me how I was and we talked a bit about life before she mentioned she got a grant worth 100,000$ and how I might be able to apply too. I'm in hard times, so a l was more than a little curious. She linked me to what looked to be a government officials Facebook messenger. That's where I should have stopped. But the promise of financial stability was too much and I ended up giving out some personal information. I stopped around when they wanted money for the grant, because I simply didn't have it. In hindsight, the whole thing was very sus and I'm really kicking myself for being so trusting of a fake profile using my cousin's current profile pic and name. Even if they didn't get my social or bank numbers, it's still info about me.

I received a call telling me I had been chosen to receive a $9,000 Grant from the ministry of health and human Treasury agency that I needed to give a grant code buy a registration card that cost $200 go to Western Union call this number a Mr Ramos will then give you will give you all the information you need to fill out this registration card for Western Union to identify you so you can receive your $9,000 plus the $200 reimbursed by Western Union Mr Ramos wanted to remain on the line with me until I receive the loyalty Grant from the US government because I paid my taxes and all state AIDS and whatnot over the years they were all of foreign speaking countries with broken English hard to understand very confusing.

A person by the name of "Greggory" (refused to give last name) started to tell me I qualified for a federal student loan forgiveness by the Biden administration and kept going but refused to give me ANY information about him or his company. When I asked him what information I could provide to the ScamPulse.com to verify his company he hung up on me.

I was contacted by someone claiming to represent the US Government. The called identified herself as Kate Walter. She said I was selected to receive a grant for $14k by the government, because I had no criminal record and had not filed for bankruptcy. She asked my age and zip code and verified my name and phone number. I was then told to call a second number and provide the code KT8822 to talk to a ‘specialist’ about processing my transaction. The next person I spoke to instructed me to purchase an Ebay card for $200 to verify my identity. Neither person spoke english in a manner that an American citizen typically would. I asked about a website to verify this information. None provided. Fast talking about why it wasn’t needed. Then pushed to set up an appointment to call back after I had purchased the card.

The President, *** ****** is a fraud. He has misused government grant money to run his business. He used unpaid labor by interns, has failed to pay the hired supervisors of these interns. He has likely inflated the number of clients served. He has now “rebranded” this business to escape consequences.

Today 8/4/2022 I received a link and information from a friend for a grant. They asked for a copy of my drivers license and at the end of the application process they said it was a $450.00 fee to process the delivery of the grant check. Now the person has a copy of my drivers license my date of birth. The link Is from Dr. Rachel Levine/U.S Department of Health and Human Services. What can I do they have a copy of my drivers license, date of birth and home address they sent me a picture of my house.

I received a call from Kevin Brown. He said he was from the government. He said he found a $15,000 government grant for me because I had not filed a bankruptcy and paid my bills on time. he said 50,000 people had been chosen for the grant. he was trying to keep me on the phone. He is Arabic, pretending to be American. I didn't get a stimulus check, so I knew I wasn't eligible for a grant.

i didnt lose no mone but this person called me want to verify my ID from the Federal Bank of New York that would cost $205 no more either that I've seen these on the Internet is why I know but he's supposed to be calling back here shortly and the number is not out of Washington DC lives he says it's the number that is some person that is near the same location that I'm at cuz I called it back on and it was some old lady in she had no clue that her phone even called me so somehow they're using the numbers from now on caller IDs to cover up being somebody else

I keep receiving calls about A government grant that I randomly got selected floor for paying my bills on time and so on so I played along with it they gave me a grants ID number a phone number to call them to address call them I had a prepaid debit card that I’ve never even been set up and I gave them fake information for a bank account number and routing number to this card supposedly and when I called the number to verify my info the guy says in order to receive this grant there have to be a minimum of $200 in the bank account so can you tell me exactly how much is in your account right now and I said zero dollars you can borrow no money I said no so he proceeds to say well let me tell you what you can go deal with your debit card you can slide it down your butt and tell me how that feels as you wear I said wow I figured you were guys were scammers so I played along with it this time and I said the only thing is though you got scammed not me I said I gave you all think information fake information so you can go F yourself and they proceeded to say all sorts of things I told him I’m reporting this to the cops and to the Better Business Bureau so here it is

She said to keep her posted. She will lead me through the process. I did not contact him. I called my friend directly. She did not really contact me. Her Facebook account was hacked. She is upset. Wants to warn her friends it is not really her. She is contacting Facebook.

My friends Facebook was clearly hacked. I love that they misuse our language, do pay attention to how the person is using their words to you. Also they don't tend to complete certain words. It's not a typo, they are not fluent in English language.
