I downloaded the app from their app store. I did not intend to spend one dollar. Just looking at the app.

Well I was charged for something never disclosed to me. I never accepted a deal to charge my account. And they charged 2 accounts separately. Unbelievable fraud.

I never agreed with my cardholder agreement to complete a purchase from govauctions app.
