These people contacted my niece. Divulged what I consider to be personal information in their message to her. information stating they had tried calling and mailing numerous times. I've never received either from them.
You would think if they can get my niece's phone number they could get mine.

UPC Legal Services calls my phone, multiple times a day, each time from a different phone number with a recording stating that they are trying to get in contact with my spouse over a pressing legal matter that their office is handling. There is no mention of the amount owed, the origination of debt, only personal information they seem to have is his name, my phone number and the last 4 of his SSN. Whenever you call the number back, it gives an option for a link to be sent to pay the debt, or to pay the debt via phone system, as well as the option to speak to an agent, and when selected, the call just rings until another recording states that all agents are busy and to call back and select another option. There is never a live individual on the line whenever the call is answered. The message also provides a website to log into to make a payment, but if you select contact them, there is only the telephone number and no actual email address. There is not an address listed nor any mention of attorneys that are a part of the organization. It screams fraud.

Debt Collection

Have been contacted by this company many times using multiple phone numbers stating that a payment plan needs to be set up and they are collecting a debt. If i want to be contacted electronically, I need to go to there website to request that. I have never received a written letter or request for payment. I am not aware of any debt owed.
