I purchased tickets for an event for $263. When I got to the door of the event, the tickets were rejected because they were fake. I have been attempting to get a refund but they will not provide a business address or phone number.

The site claims to be a ticket reseller but never sent the purchased tickets, sent several emails that didn’t include any reference about how to get the tickets and when reached out to customer service it was only an AI loop. When I asked for a refund I was told all sales are final.

I purchase tickets through the Go Tickets app. Received the mobile transfer with the QR code. Went to the event and they do not accept this type of digital tickets. Also, I paid $383 for 4 tickets and when I got there and had to repurchase tickets, they were $80 for 4. I contacted Go Tickets about this and was told they cannot refund confirmed tickets. Tried telling me that I probably used them wrong. After looking at the actual digital transferred tickets, there is no location... nothing but the date and a single word for the event title. These tickets are also not released until the day before the event.

Like others, I mistakenly purchased concert tickets from GoTickets.com. After taking my money, I received an email that said" Order Confirmed, Tickets Delivered!". Yes, they used an exclamation mark. But the tickets will not be delivered until the day before the show. I will be travelling and need to make airline and hotel reservations. I'm reluctant to do so without tickets in hand.

After reading complaints about GoTickets, I asked to either be sent the tickets promptly or to receive a full refund. All they said was that they understood my frustration. They might be a legit company, but they are unelthical at the very least.

Their website, Gotickets.com, appears as a top result on Google, and since I foolishly trusted Google, I bought tickets from Gotickets. Gotickets charges around 300% more for tickets than the original venue does for their tickets. I lost $214.

I looked up tickets at the Sphere and was linked in a misleading way to GoTickets.com. They promote as if they’re a direct seller, saying you have mobile transfer tickets, but the order confirmation never says what the tickets are even going to be delivered. I tried canceling once I realized this, and they continue to say all sales final, refusing a refund or being able to confirm tickets I paid for.

Go Tickets is a third party resaler that sends tickets through direct sellers like ticket master, but profit significantly off of it, and they do not disclose that they're getting the tickets through ticketmaster. A normal seller charged around $50-$60/ticket, meanwhile Go tickets charged $120/ticket. They're complete scam artists.

Ordered concert tickets through this website. They said that tickets would be delivered via email the day before the event. I called multiple times and spent a few hours on the phone and they promised my tickets would come in time. It is now the night of the event and I still don’t have any tickets. Website is a scam. Only buy from nationwide or Ticketmaster. This is fraud
