The company offered free worksheets. They offered add on products for a minimal cost. I placed my order on 6/15/2024 and received an order number (1339). On 7/2/2024 I received am email that my shipment was on the way. On 7/15/2024, I emailed the support email ([email protected]). On 7/16/2024, 7/17/2024, & 7/18/2024 I received emails that my email was not delivered because "recipient server did not accept our requests to connect." I then emailed: [email protected], which is the email listed to contact in the email confirming my order, and I have not received a response. Today 9/9/2024, when I clicked the view your order or visit our store link in the email confirming my order, the website's name is now BIO-NOTES.

They advertised free mental health worksheets for their one year anniversary. They charged a processing fee and had add ons for additional worksheets. The total was around $11. I never received access. When trying to email them, received error message. I’m worried they will try to charge more. I am contacting my credit card company.
