On February 23rd, 2026 I entered a purchase agreement with Gomer Equipment (gomerequipment.com) to purchase a Bobcat E45 Excavator. I was told to wire the funds for the purchase, which I did. The total amount I lost was $18,500. It went to Bank of America Acct# 374010299281 the beneficiary being Rock Oilfield Equipment LLC 963 Holz Ave Cincinnati OH 45230. On the paperwork it states Gomer Equipment is a registered brand owned by Rock Oilfield Equipment LLC. I was told my delivery would be on Wednesday March 4th at 6:00 p.m. On Friday March 6 when it had not arrived I cancelled the sale, which was within the agreed upon time, and was told it would be 5 business days before I received my funds back. I patiently waited and when I did not receive my money back. I still haven't received my money and when I tried to reach out to them the e-mail ([email protected]) it came back as undeliverable.
