I ordered a signet ring. They said it would be mailed out within 7-10 days. After 20 days, I checked the status online, and it said it was "being prepared" or something to that effect. I called a few times. Finally got someone, who said the following Monday it would be mailed out. I waited til Monday. I heard nothing. Called again and just got a recording. At that point, I called my credit card co. who got the matter settled and got my money back.
