March 16, 2026 -- Received call from "Unavailable/Unknown" on my Caller ID. Proceeded to state they were from County Process Serving Division, and that legal documents will be served between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (tomorrow) contact Goldman and Associates at 214-810-7787, refer to Case #22616-01. Added that to prevent the legal documents from being served at place of employment or have them delivered to different address, call Goldman and Associates.

March 23rd -- Received call from "Unavailable/Unknown Number" on Caller ID. Stated that on this date, a preliminary hearing was scheduled at 9 a.m. ... because of your failure to participate in this hearing, or to provide a written response to this complaint associated with your social security number, a Motion is now being filed.... Contact Goldman and Associates, 214-810-7787, refer to Case #22616-01. This call is being filed today and will legally satisfy the Courts requirements for notification.
