complaint against GOLDEN TOUCH TRADING INC
I am filing this complaint against GOLDEN TOUCH TRADING INC regarding my recent purchase experience. I ordered specifically Umary Hyaluronic Acid 30 caplets, with an initial order quantity of 100 pcs. After placing my order, I was contacted by the seller to make an additional payment for 100 more pcs, citing shipping constraints. Reluctantly, I complied to receive my invoice and tracking number.
However, upon arrival of the invoice and tracking number, I was surprised to receive another payment request from the shipping company for an additional $150 in Regional Tax fees. This fee was never disclosed to me prior to shipping, and I was left in the dark regarding its existence. When I reached out to the seller for clarification, they provided no explanation but insisted that I pay the fee to receive my goods.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of by GOLDEN TOUCH TRADING INC Not only did they fail to disclose all associated costs upfront, but they also continually demanded additional payments without proper explanation or transparency.
I urge BBB to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against GOLDEN TOUCH TRADING INC. Consumers deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment, none of which were provided in my experience with this seller.

- They used a carrier called Sendmax Logistics Service. This also appears to be a fraudulent carrier.
- They have a Miami location that appears suspect as well. That address is 16165 SW 137th CT, Miami, FL 33177.
- They were accepting Zelle payments from me initially and then later demanded crypto.
- Both Golden Touch and Sendmax only have one email for the entire company. So if I wanted to contact anyone it would go through [email protected] for Golden Touch (https://www.goldentouchtradinginc.com/contact-us/) and [email protected] for Sendmax (https://sendmaxlogs.com/contact-us/index.php).
