Caller stated they were mediators for Buckeye Credit Solutions and I had a civil lawsuit pending as the respondent. Settlement offer $1000.00 due immediately. Listed my mother, father & brother as references. Claim was from 2017-2020. Caller had my name, address, ssn, dob. I never received any previous mailings or prior phone calls. Asked for another person listed on this account that I never heard of, then said that person was irrelevant and my name was the person they were trying to reach.
