Steals Money, Doesn't Send Item

This company is an absolute SCAM and if you'd like to completely waste your money with no actual item being delivered, this is the perfect one to go to! Ordered my item January 7th. I originally emailed them about a week after my order wasn't shipped... and they said they'd get right on it. We're going on almost 6 weeks now and the item still hasn't been shipped... Furthermore, I have emailed the company about 5 times in this space and they completely IGNORE emails now. They are no longer responding to me and it just seems like they grabbed my money & flipped me the middle finger. With no way to contact them and them showing they can't even ship your actual item, it would seem I'm completely screwed. It's NOT even a custom piece jewellery either, just a normal bracelet that's displayed on the site. Big warning to stay the heck away from these guys, nothing but crooks and scam artists. In a perfect world, I would get my item and I'd be happy... But if they're not going to give me my item, then I'd at least like a refund. But I have no way of getting a refund if the company is completely IGNORING me...

I don’t know if it’s because I only ordered one time, but I ordered a necklace from there and I received it . It did take a bit long for the shipping but it says that on the site. I went back to order a second time and just happened to look at reviews and see people having bad experiences.

They scammed me out of 144 dollars for a custom chain and they said that it would be 3-4 weeks before I get it and has been 7 weeks can anybody help me to get my money back

I have been going through the same thing. I have been blowing them up via instragram direct message. I screen shot complaints similar to mine and threatened them and they sent me an email right away to process my refund. DM them and put fire under their butt.

This company is trash... they are taking money from customers of products they don’t have at all. Not even letting you know they don’t have it , holding your money for weeks until you finally reach out to them ! Then you can’t find them anywhere to get your money back . They are scamming people

Website presents FAQ which states jewelry is made with real .925 silver. Also states all stones are VS or VVS. Both are simply not true. Unless it’s real diamond, every item is brass plated and the stones are sub par. They stated anything about 12k is 925, which is not true either, as I got 18k and it’s brass. Not just brass, it’s bad brass. They even cheaper out on the brass. You can go on Amazon and get any item in their shop with REAL .925 silver and REAL VS or VVS stones for the same exact price. Very deceptive way to do business. Not only that, I bought a 7’ and they sent a 6’ so I bought another. This time, I got an 8’ when ordering a 7’. Bad jewelry, bad price, bad customer service.

Gold presidents is a complete scam!!! On instagram @goldpresidents they also have several other fake pages involved commenting, tagging, an hashing tagging for them to make it seem like it’s real. @djamesmcdowell is leading something in this. He is the only person the page follows back. And they like to praise God a lot in all of this on their post and stories like this is a blessing the scamming they are doing. I ordered a necklace that was supposed to take 3 weeks they sent me a tracking number that said a shipping label was created. The status NEVER changed from shipping label being created. I contacted them for a refund they have been trying to spin me in circles. I just reported it and went through the bank to get my funds back.
